R.I.P Rituparno Ghosh

The acclaimed film maker Rituparno Ghosh who has churned out Bollywood biggies like Raincoat and The last Lear and has 12 national awards to his credit passed away just a few minutes ago, from a massive heart attack. He was of the tender age of 49.

Ostentatiously dressed and effimanate gestures had made the director a symbol of ridcule, but for people who understood art and filmamking, this man was the living Satyajit Ray. He will always be remembered by the Bengali film making community for his utmost contribution to the world of cinema.

May his sould rest in peace. Amen !

The Lesbian (very short film-hilarious) Watch it online here

This short film is based on a very old joke, but if observed it has a deep side to it too.
Women are like iPhones: You have to touch them all over before they respond. Men are like Blackberries: Rub one ball and everything moves.

A man is like an already prickled antenna, always receptive of signals and ready to feed entertainment. Some psychologists have also concluded that a man on an average thinks about sex 9 times more than a woman.

This story also demystifies another thing. We often believe that men who read and write-the artist types- are more mature and hence easy to live with. They attract women often for their pseudo-intellectual charms but the fact lies elsewhere.
All men think alike just the magnitude differs and if your man is true to you and comes out loud and clear with his desires, then respect his honesty.

Watch this stupid but comic short film and if you have not heard this joke already then you will enjoy the humor.
